General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sorry to hear of your pain. This pain may arise from the back, pressing over the nerve. Sometimes pain may also be from the sacroiliac joint.

If the pain is this severe, it would advise you should see your doctor for examination and an X-ray. Once that's normal he may also advise you some painkiller and physiotherapy for the pain. Also, heat application is good in pain relief but first we should rule out serious causes of the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
